California Valley Miwok Tribe v. US, 06-5203
In case involving an attempt by a small cluster of people within appellant tribe to organize a tribal government under the Indian Reorganization Act of 1934, dismissal of claim challenging decision to decline approval of the tribe constitution is affirmed where the Secretary of the Interior lawfully refused to approve the proposed constitution.
