US v. Adefehinti, 04-3080

Convictions and sentences imposed on five defendants for various crimes arising out of a scam by which they contrived to secure mortgages on items of real property at vastly inflated values are affirmed except as to one defendant's conviction for money laundering where the evidence was insufficient to show he intended to conceal funds.
