Morley v. CIA, 06-5382

In case involving request under the Freedom of Information Act for documents pertaining to a deceased CIA officer, summary judgment for the CIA is reversed as appellant met his burden to show that his request falls within an exception to the Central Intelligence Agency Information Act of 1984.
