In suits under a provision of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act seeking to confirm arbitration awards appellee had secured against appellant Democratic Republic of Congo, where default judgments were entered, denial of motions to vacate default judgments is affirmed where appellant waived its objection to the service of process by proceeding at length with post-default litigation, some of which had no emergency character.
