Dunning v. Quander, 06-5167

In employment discrimination suit, denial of plaintiff's motion for discovery under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(f), and subsequent grant of summary judgment for defendant are affirmed where plaintiff has failed to provide any persuasive reason for needing discovery and defendant's affidavits support summary judgment.
