United Food & Commercial Workers Union Local 204 v. NLRB, 06-1318

Finding that employer committed several unfair labor practices in violation of the NLRA during union's unsuccessful effort to organize a plant, petition for review filed by union, challenging dismissal of two of its claims, is denied over claims that: 1) statements by high-level company management constituted unlawful threats of plant closure; and 2) the company's decision to train a security camera on union organizers created an illegal impression of surveillance.
