US v. Taylor, 05-3125
Conviction of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a person convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year is affirmed over defendant's claims that the 18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1) charge should have been dismissed on statutory and constitutional speedy trial grounds and that his trial was contaminated by improperly admitted evidence.
