US v. Bowman, 05-3093

Conviction based on conditional guilty plea to gun and drug indictment, after criminal complaint was initially dismissed with prejudice, is remanded as there are insufficient findings and evidence from which to assess the constitutionality of the police license-and-registration roadblock where a loaded gun and crack cocaine were discovered on defendant's person.
