United States DC Circuit

Miami Bldg & Constr. Trades Council v. Sec'y of Defense, 06-5142

In dispute over constructing a commercial airport on surplus land, summary judgment for defendant Air Force is affirmed where appellants have failed to demonstrate that their alleged injury, in the form of the Air Force deciding not to convey the land to Miami-Dade for an airport, is redressable in this proceeding, and therefore they lack standing under Article III.
