Thompson v. DEA, 04-5450

In case involving the "three strikes" provision of the Prison Litigation Reform Act as it applies to prisoners seeking to proceed in forma pauperis, motions by two prisoners for leave to file appeals in forma pauperis are granted where neither prisoner has undertaken three or more such actions or appeals.
