In suit against S.E.C. alleging violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, denial of plaintiff's motion to quash subpoena for confidential records and testimony relating to communications between plaintiff and his psychotherapist is reversed as plaintiff did not waive the psychotherapist-patient privilege and therefore his communications with his therapist are privileged and not discoverable.
