We The People Found., Inc. v. U.S., 05-5359
In suit by citizens to compel a response from various parts of the federal government for redress of grievances that plaintiffs asserted with respect to tax, privacy, and war policies, dismissal of complaint is affirmed over plaintiffs' claims that: 1) they have a First Amendment right to receive a government response to or official consideration of their petitions; and 2) they have the right to withhold payment of their taxes until they receive adequate action on their petitions.
