US v. Douglas, 05-3027
In case involving conviction for possession with intent to distribute five grams or more of crack cocaine, admission of evidence of defendant's prior arrest for the same crime is affirmed as: 1) the evidence was relevant to proof of knowledge and intent; and 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting it.
