US v. Watson, 04-3082
Conviction for threatening and conveying false information concerning the use of an explosive and destruction of government property is affirmed over claim that the prosecutor's peremptory challenge of two blind jurors was unlawful under Batson. However, sentence is vacated where the district erred in resentencing defendant.
