Munaf v. Green, 06-5324

In case of American citizen convicted in Iraq on kidnapping charges, sentenced to death by the Central Criminal Court of Iraq, while still being held in Iraq by U.S. military serving as part of the Multi-National Force-Iraq, denial of habeas petition is affirmed where the district court does not have the power or authority to entertain the petition.
