Wilburn v. Robinson, 05-7110

In suit brought by applicant for position of D.C. Director of the Office of Human Rights claiming she was not selected in retaliation for criticizing the D.C. government, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed as plaintiff's non-selection did not violate her First Amendment rights.
