Lessin v. Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith, Inc., 06-7067

In case where plaintiff lost millions in his brokerage account with defendant, denial of plaintiff's motion to vacate an arbitration award in his favor is affirmed over claim that the arbitrators refused to hear one of plaintiff's expert witnesses and demonstrated a manifest disregard of the law in awarding compensatory damages.
