Cintas Corp. v. NLRB, 05-1305

In case alleging that petitioner's confidentiality rule violated provisions of the National Labor Relations Act that protect employees' right to discuss terms of their employment with others, petition challenging finding that the rule violated the NLRA where an employee would reasonably construe it to forbid protected employee discussions is denied as respondent's determination was reasonable and consistent with controlling precedent.
