Sierra Club v. EPA, 03-1202
In case involving emission standards for major sources of hazardous air pollutants listed in the Clean Air Act, respondent's emission standards for brick and ceramic kilns are vacated where most of the standards violate the Act, and the remaining standards violate the Act's requirements for work practice standards.
