In a Title VII and Rehabilitation Act case brought by former postal worker against the USPS alleging discrimination based on race, sex, and psychological handicap, denial of her motions to enforce a settlement agreement is reversed as, contrary to its ruling, the district court did retain jurisdiction over the motions because it did not dismiss the underlying complaint in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 58(a).
