Columbia Gas Transmission Corp v. FERC, 05-1285
In case involving agreements with gas distribution companies whereby petitioner provided discounted service on the condition distributors waive certain rights under the Natural Gas Act, respondent commission's rejection of discounted rate agreements is affirmed over claim that respondent's orders are inconsistent with its precedents and that its determinations are otherwise arbitrary or capricious.
