Gaviria v. Reynolds, 05-7010
In medical malpractice action against defendant oral surgeons after plaintiff underwent five surgeries to repair jaw problems resulting from an altercation with the police, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed as plaintiff's claims were given due consideration, and neither his pro se brief nor an amicus brief demonstrates error by the district court.
