In Re: Grand Jury, 05-3126
In case where a grand jury issued a subpoena to appellant corporation's corporate counsel for testimony concerning communications made between the corporate counsel and an executive and his personal attorney, denial of motion to quash subpoena is affirmed as the communications at issue are not protected by the attorney-client privilege.
