In FOIA action, filed after conviction of drugs and weapons charges in an attempt to uncover alleged Brady violations, summary judgment for the appellee agencies is affirmed over claim made through court-appointed amicus curiae that the district court erred in ruling that the FOIA exemptions were properly invoked.
