US v. Rattler, 05-3103
In case involving three bank robberies and an attempted robbery, denial of motion to suppress identification evidence that was the product of photographic and show-up identification procedures is affirmed where, even if the procedures were impermissibly suggestive, the identifications were sufficiently reliable to preclude a very substantial likelihood of misidentification.
