Steven R. Perles, PC v. Kagy, 05-7076

Judgment that appellee attorney had an express oral contract entitling her to one-third of solo practitioner appellant's ultimate multi-million-dollar fee with respect to a wrongful death action brought against the Government of Iran, is reversed as the parties did not have an enforceable contract with respect to appellee's work.
