Wolf v. CIA, 05-5394
Summary judgment for defendant, in FOIA action seeking records related to Jorge Eliecer Gaitan, a late, former Colombian politician, is reversed to the extent that the district court held that the existence of records about Gaitan was not officially acknowledged by defendant in testimony before the Congress in 1948.
