Peter Pan Bus Lines, Inc. v. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Admin., 05-1436

Rejection of challenge to decision authorizing another bus line to operate regular-route passenger transportation between Boston and New York City is vacated where the statutory language of 49 U.S.C. section 13902 is ambiguous regarding whether respondent may consider if a certificate applicant is in compliance with ADA regulations.
