Colbert v. Potter, 05-5330

Dismissal of complaint, alleging employment discrimination based on race, sex, age, and disability, and also retaliation, is affirmed as the action is untimely, being filed more than 90 days after plaintiff's counsel received the Final Agency Decision from defendant.
