United States DC Circuit

Nuvio Corp. v. FCC, 05-1248

Petition for review of respondent's order allowing Internet telephone service petitioners only 120 days to transmit 911 calls to a local emergency authority, which is already required of providers of traditional telephone service, is denied, as respondent adequately considered not only the technical and economic feasibility of the deadline but also the public safety objectives respondent is required to achieve.
