Colorado River Indian Tribes v. Nat'l Indian Gaming Comm'n, 05-5402a
Summary judgment in favor of Indian tribes in a suit over regulations issued by the National Indian Gaming Commission is affirmed where the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, 25 U.S.C. sections 2701-2721, does not give the Commission authority to promulgate regulations establishing mandatory operating procedures for certain kinds of gambling in tribal casinos.
