New Mexico Attorney Gen v. Fed. Energy Regulatory Comm'n, 04-1398

Petition for review of defendant's order, accepting intervenor's compliance filing on the ground that it satisfied conditions of order to approve recognition as a Regional Transmission Organization, is dismissed as petitioners' failure to seek review of the order accepting the compliance filing deprives the court of jurisdiction to hear their challenge.
