United States DC Circuit

Broudy. v. Mather, 05-5085

Dismissal of plaintiffs' claims, regarding exposure of dangerous levels of atomic radiation as members of the U.S. armed forces and alleged denial of meaningful access to administrative proceedings before the V.A., is affirmed as plaintiffs cannot prove any set of facts consistent with the allegations of their complaint that will demonstrate that the defendants denied them a meaningful opportunity to pursue their claims for compensation.
