Trudeau v. Fed. Trade Comm'n, 05-5363

Dismissal for failure to state a claim of a challenge to a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) press release that reported the settlement of a case the agency brought against plaintiff for false and misleading advertising is affirmed where the district court correctly found that the differences between the press release and the stipulated order were minor or illusory.
