US v. Dorcely, 05-3130

A sentence for making a false statement to the FBI and a restitution order is affirmed in part where defendant's sentence of 24 months' incarceration was neither unconstitutional nor unreasonable, and vacated in part as to the restitution order pursuant to a claim that it was impermissibly based on conduct other than that of which he was convicted.
