Cobell v. Kempthorne, 05-5388

In a dispute between beneficiaries of Indian land trusts and their trustee, the U.S., an injunction requiring many of the Department of the Interior's computer systems to be disconnected from the internet and internal computer networks is vacated as the district court's broad grant of equitable relief was an abuse of discretion.
