Defendant's conviction and sentence stemming from his participation in a hostage-taking for ransom of a U.S. citizen working in Angola is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) a violation of defendant's right to a speedy trial; 2) admission and exclusion of evidence; and 3) Booker error.
