US v. Sullivan, 05-3161

A conviction and sentence for knowingly possessing child pornography images that were transported in interstate commerce via the Internet, is affirmed over: 1) defendant's challenge to the indictment claiming that, as applied to him, 18 U.S.C. section 2252A(a)(5)(B) represented an unconstitutional exercise of congressional power; and 2) challenges to certain conditions of supervised release imposed by the district court.
