United States DC Circuit

Am. Fed'n of Gov't Employees v. Fed. Labor Relations Auth., 05-1123

A petition for review of an order of the Federal Labor Relations Authority reducing attorney's fee an arbitrator awarded to a union for representing a member in a grievance arbitration is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, as the order of the Authority dealt only with the issue of the union attorney's fee and did not involve an unfair labor practice, and jurisdiction was not implicated under Leedom v. Kyne, 358 U.S. 184 (1958).
