United States DC Circuit
Roth v. King, 05-7060
Denial of a motion to dismiss plaintiffs-attorneys' Fifth Amendment claims and denial of immunity with respect to claims for injunctive relief are reversed where plaintiffs had no "property interest" in their "specialty practice" in the Family Court, a challenged administrative order resulted in no unlawful "takings," and the district court erred in finding that judicial immunity covers only damages.
