United States DC Circuit
Consolidated Edison Co. of New York, Inc. v. Bodman, 05-5302
Dismissal of claimants' complaint against the Department of Energy and one of its offices involving refunds under the 1986 Stripper Well settlement is affirmed where there was jurisdiction to address a preclusion issue, and the district court did not err in holding that the doctrine of issue preclusion barred the suit.
