US v. Mejia, 02-3067
Defendants' convictions for drug-related offenses are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) rulings on jurisdiction, 2) pretrial discovery, 3) a bill of particulars, 4) a severance motion; 5) admission of evidence; and 6) sufficiency of the evidence, but remanded for defendants' resentencing pursuant to Booker and for further proceedings on one defendant's ineffective assistance of counsel claim.
