Gasser v. Dist. of Columbia, 04-7018

An order denying judgment as a matter of law following a verdict in favor of a police sergeant and finding defendant-district liable to him under the Americans with Disabilities Act is reversed where plaintiff presented insufficient evidence that his disability, if any, substantially limited his ability to work.
