Martinez v. Bureau of Prisons, 04-5343

Dismissal of claims filed by a federal prisoner under the Freedom of Information Act, the Privacy Act, and the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution is affirmed in a dispute over certain records kept by the Bureau of Prisons.
