Johnson v. Quander, 05-5156

A judgment dismissing a former probationer's action seeking to enjoin the application of the DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act is affirmed where the district court correctly held that the Act was neither facially unconstitutional nor unconstitutional as applied to plaintiff.
