Nat'l Labor Relations Bd. v. Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., 04-5418

An order enforcing subpoenas issued by the National Labor Relations Board in the course of its investigation of an employer for possible contempt of an earlier cease-and-desist order in an unfair labor practice case is vacated where the district court lacked jurisdiction to enforce the subpoenas.
