Love v. Johanns, 04-5449

Denial of a motion for class certification brought by female farmers alleging that agency-defendant discriminatorily administered its lending programs and failed to process and properly investigate women's discrimination complaints is remanded in part where plaintiffs' claim under the Administrative Procedure Act remained largely unbriefed.
