PDK Labs. Inc. v US Drug Enforcement Admin., 04-1432
A pharmaceutical manufacturer's petition for review of an order of the Drug Enforcement Agency suspending certain shipments of chemicals usable in the manufacture of methamphetamine is denied where a construction of "listed chemical" reasonable, and a conclusion that defendant's ephedrine shipments "may be diverted" were supported by substantial evidence.
