Broderick v. Donaldson, 04-5404
Summary judgment for agency defendant in a suit brought by an employee alleging retaliation under Title VII, and violations of a court order issued in a previous sexual harassment suit are affirmed, where plaintiff failed to state a prima facie case of retaliation, and there was no abuse of discretion in a refusal to hold defendant in contempt.
