Hussain v. Nicholson, 04-5417

Summary judgment to defendant-employer, a hospital, on claims of discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII is affirmed where the district court neither abused its discretion in refusing to reopen discovery nor erred in finding that plaintiff failed to present any triable Title VII claims.
